Minors in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras will receive refugee status in the United States as of December, according to a plan announced yesterday by the country's vice president, Joe Biden, in the US capital plan.

This t***slation is so garbled I don't trust it. It sounds like a computer t***slation. For instance, "Biden said that parents who are legal in the US. UU. refugee status for their children who live in the countries of the northern triangle of Central America, and have not tried to travel illegally to the north may request."
I wish I could read Spanish to see what the article actually says, but I strongly suspect this is just another of Obama's schemes to overwhelm the US welfare system with more dead weight that taxpayers must support. You know, the infamous Cloward–Piven strategy to destroy us.
