We had a power outage at our house this morning and my PC, laptop, TV, DVD, iPad and my new surround sound music system were all shut down.
Then I discovered that my iPhone battery was flat. To top it off, it was raining so I couldnt go for a walk, bike or run.
The garage door opener needs electricity so I couldnt go anywhere in the car.
I went into the kitchen to make coffee and then I remembered that this also needed power, so, I sat and talked with my wife for a couple hours.
She seems like a nice person.
Wouldn't the world be a much better place, if people just took the time to talk to each other? Too many distractions these days.

Everything sounded great until you got to the no coffee part! I gotta have my fresh brewed coffee in the mornings so I guess I would have taken a long walk to the store. lol

She stayed? Even though you couldn't offer her a hot beverage? Well, she sure sounds like a keeper. I hope she found you a nice person as well, you know, so she'll consider sticking around.
