So both blue states AND red states are sending out 'free money' that can fan the inflation flames.

Economic genius?

Giving out money, which lowers the value of the dollar, is only one of the causes of the current inflation. When Biden was running in 2020 he promised to do away with f****l f**ls. To that end, he had an E.O. on his first day in office to shut down the XL pipeline, greatly reducing the supply of oil; & gas. In ECONOMICS 101, you learn about SUPPLY & DEMAND. If you lower the supply, the price goes up. And causing the price of gas to go up raises the cost of EVERYTHING, because things are t***sported by trucks, planes and trains. If the cost of production goes up for businesses, the prices go up.

Biden’s attempt to ease the pain of raging inflation that he brought on . Typical crybaby socialist democrat, causing the problems and using taxpayer money to bribe the taxpayers only the weak minded handout seekers would think this is a smart move. Meanwhile the federal Reserve is raising rates to combat inflation 😂😂wh**ever Powell does Biden just pisses on it🤨🙄

one the pipeline was never built so how could that reduce the supply of oil and gas? now if the rail strike go though that would reduce the supply of oil and gas

Silly rabbit. The amount of money the states are giving away is a drop in the bucket. Stop trying to be clever. Leave that to us professionals. You are unequipped.

Duh. States can't print money. They have to collect it in taxes. The Federal government, on the other hand, commits to several times their tax income, and makes up the difference with printers. And THAT is the source of inflation.

supply and demand is the source of inflation When Trump shut down the economy it was bound to happen, and Trump made the right call shutting down the economy, but it is very difficult to reopen the economy slowly if not impossible. Trump's China tariffs didn't help either

63 yrs old printing money can cause inflation correct, but so can what I stated c***d caused a once in a lifetime shutdown of our economy, not blaming Trump for that.
The China Tariffs yes as that causes inflations as the people buying the good pay the tariff not China, not the stores but the consumer go back to school boy don't look at GOP talking points look at the big Picture Sonny

Consumers ALWAYS pay everything, one way or another. Tariffs, taxes, fees, regulations, wh**ever. It is all part of the overhead for every single business in existence, or they go OUT of business! MANY things can contribute to inflation, but only a few things cause the kind of inflation we are cursed with today. The Biden administration and their policies is the primary cause of it, and no one can CREDIBLY deny that.
I have no need to go back to school, since I completed my 16 years of formal education in 1979, and have continued educating myself for the 43 years since. If you follow my posts at all, you know I follow neither Trump nor the Republicans. I follow Christ and the t***h. I v**e for the best person and policies, regardless of party. How about you, "sonny"?

very good I agree with most of your post, but the tariffs was wrong can't blame Biden for any of c***d relief checks as Trump sent out some also. Inflation was because the economy being shut down again no fault of Trump and again no fauld of Biden either Gas prices are falling. Now when you v**e do you go for policies over person? or 50/ 50? my gut says you are a Trump follower and anti Biden not sure why but that is my gut instinct. I have v**ed GOP in the past and would probably v**e for DeSantis in 2024 take care sonny lol

Your gut is somewhat correct. I follow policy. And because of that, I am a Trump SUPPORTER, not a follower. I am opposed to Biden for the same reasons. His policies are folly, and will (and ARE) bringing about our ruin. I see your point about the p******c, but respectfully and firmly disagree. It is my absolute belief that if Trump had won ree******n inflation would still be at 2020 levels. Gas prices are falling because of the slowing economy and the borderline recession we are in. That will help the inflation....eventually......but not by a lot because Biden will continue to print money, unless the new House of Representatives can put a halt to that.
And the same right back at you....take care of yourself and your family. What we do as individuals has far more to do with our personal success and happiness than those louts in DC.
