So happy to have some new blood here, and so happy to find it is someone who has seen the US Constitution! You are more than welcome! I am a conservative Libertarian and almost everything I do relates to individual liberty. We either have it or we do not, and I consider all those who demand to control me as an arch enemy - that would include everyone in the Obama Administration and in the DNC.

Good! Maybe you can learn something about the Constitution and explain it to your heroes, Obama, Holder, Napalitano, and Sibelius. They don't seem to grasp the simple wording that the rest of America comprehends easily.

It is simple. Unfortunately lawyers love to muck up everything they touch - gotta have some kind of escape clause for everything, don't you know? A lawyer can take 1+1 and make it complicated. Shakespeare had it right, that's certain.
How could lawyers get around everything if they couldn't figure out how to rape every law in the entire world? If they couldn't obfuscate, how would they ever survive?
YOU can look at it as COMPLICATED, if you wish, but without lawyers, it would be as simple as it was intended to be.
