I don't see much difference between private citizens screwing with the weather and governments screwing with the weather. It still affects us all. Just like Cern experimenting with who knows what. If people want to help stop g****l w*****g ,they should do something positive like stop cutting down thousands of acres a day in the rain forests. Or they can help clean up the oceans . Rain forests eat CO2 and produce oxygen as do our oceans, but now the rain forests are producing more CO2 then oxygen by several tons a day from decomposing plants. Also the artic tundra is warming causing permafrost to melt ,letting ancient plant debris decompose as well. These are doable and we are responsible for their condition. But trying to change the weather is ludicrous and potentially dangerous with unknown side effects. The people should have a say in any crazy plan to disrupt nature in a global geoengineering event.
