THE GREATEST PROMISE EVER MADE was when JESUS declared in John 12:32 that He will draw ALL people unto Himself.

[Jesus said:] And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will
draw all peoples to Myself.
John 12:32I’ll be succinct…
Do you know what the word “draw” means in this context?
DRAW <1670>: To pull or drag, requiring force because of the inertia of the object being dragged. To pull, to drag, to draw.
IOW Jesus will have to pull or drag all people to himself, requiring force because of the inertia of the people being dragged to Himself.
This doesn’t sound like people are willingly being drawn to Jesus which would mean some will answer yes to this drawing and some will say no to this drawing. Jesus will draw all men to Himself but some by their free will volition will say no and reject Him.
I guess that makes sense.
Willingly or not, YOU will bend your knee.

You should have read the entire book of John, especially chapter 3, before selectively quoting one verse.
John 3:12-15
[Jesus said] "If I have told you about earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you about heavenly things?
No one has ascended into heaven except the One who descended from heaven - the Son of Man.
Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,
that everyone who believes in Him may have eternal life."John 3:16-18
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.
Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son."Are you unable to identify the constant here,
belief in Jesus Christ, as the qualifying factor necessary to receive God's offer of Salvation?

Well you’re right, but everyone will bend their knee, just not at the same time!

It is at the moment we each believe and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior that we figuratively and spiritually, if not literally, bend our knee at the foot of that old rugged cross in humble gratitude.
Those who deny Him until they are confronted by the truth at the Great White Throne Judgement will kneel in bitter regret and anguish because of their willful blindness during their lifetime of opportunity.
God gave us so many promises:
Jeremiah 29:12-13 "Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart."
James 4:8 "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Purify your hands, you sinners; sanctify your hearts, you doubting souls."
Romans 8:28 "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose for them."
1st John 3:22 "And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do what pleases Him."
