There will be a change in control of the House of Representatives when the 118th Congress convenes on Jan. 3, 2023. As to who will be the Speaker of the House has yet to be determined. While Kevin McCarthy is the presumed next House Speaker, the issue of Rules Changes is the real fly in the ointment!
