Democrats in Pennsylvania recently proved they’ll stick to their Party no matter the cost when they elected John Fetterman.

And they’re already regretting it.

Because Republicans’ worst accusations against John Fetterman started coming true the moment his wife set foot in Washington, D.C.

When Democrat John Fetterman suffered a devastating stroke earlier this year, his campaign basically went underground.

After they were forced to finally bring him out this fall, Fetterman’s physical and cognitive impairment was abundantly obvious.

He even had to use a special transcription machine to make sense out of reporters’ questions.

Because of the difficulties he has functioning at even a basic level, rumors have been circulating that his wife, Gisele, was the de facto Candidate.

Rolling Stone Magazine admits Gisele Fetterman was “de facto candidate”

“Then her husband had a stroke four days before the primary for the U.S. Senate,” Rolling Stone reported earlier this year. “Suddenly, the reluctant political spouse became the de facto candidate. ‘I just had to survive, I just had to go,’ she says of that time. Did she consider asking John to step out of the race? ‘It wasn’t my decision to make,’ she says. ‘If you have the ability to make lives better, then it’s your duty to do so. And if he has the green light from every doctor, then I support that.’”

She’s certainly all for getting all the attention possible.

When Biden showed up on the campaign trail to stump for Fetterman, his Twitter account didn’t post any pictures of the candidate with the president or on Air Force One.

But over on her personal Twitter profile, Gisele was busy hyping up her experience posting a picture of herself posing with Joe Biden on Air Force One.

While Fetterman didn’t get on the stage during his own campaign event, Biden did—and the faux pas he committed was pretty much on target according to Republican observers.

During the speech Biden thanked John Fetterman for attending the speech while noticing that he would try to be brief for his sake.

He then went on to claim that Gisele Fetterman will be a “great lady in the senate.”

The lady herself apparently took that to heart.

She recently posted a picture of herself posing in front of her senator-elect’s new office on Capitol Hill.

Ironically, she was clearly the center of attention while her husband stood awkwardly to the side, partially cropped out of the photo.

Twitter immediately lit up with users mocking her for grasping so desperately for her 15 minutes of fame.

The actual Senator-elect is halfway cut out of the photo!!! She wanted this so badly for herself lol. I hope subjecting her husband and her marriage to this was worth her 15 minutes.

David Reaboi, a Claremont Institute Fellow pointed out this isn’t the first photo where John Fetterman found himself trimmed out of a shot.

Another shot she shared has the couple posing alongside the current Pennsylvania Senators with the top of her husbands’ head and eyes cropped off.

“I’ve never seen passive aggressive/contemptuous photo crops like this before,” Raeboi wrote. “It’s wild.”

“So how long before he’s completely pushed out of the picture?” Matthew Dempster asked.

Democrats’ commitment to mediocrity and self-centered behavior is truly stunning.

And if she truly becomes the de facto Senator, it seems likely Gisele Fetterman will be willing to agree to a lot for some incredible social media shareable snapshots.
