Been reviewing twitter and the comments to the tweets. By far and away, the l*****ts are the most vile, angry and h**eful group on their. They are so triggered!! Much of what they tweet are repeats of the stupidity heard on CNN and MSNBC and like the l*****ts on OPP, they repeat things which are not true and have been thoroughly debunked. All they want is their echo chamber. So sad are the obsequious comments to those who they follow, hoping and praying to get a response, saying exactly what they think their hero's who they follow want to hear.

It is a sad place. Hard to believe that folks are on it so much.

Twitter has evolved over many years, the objectives, goals, and special projects where more functions and abilities are taken on have taken new teams of people handling specific departments and projects. Each department and team has guidance and management that has to be there to keep everything being done in ways that work well with the overall system...there is no point in developing a new set of features if the don't work well with the system.

New development people are long term commitments, it takes months and even years to become top level key developers...and software development done by many people has to take on a team style or what one person does will not work with other people's code, they will not be at all compatible.

Trying to downsize would be better done just to pull the plug on departments rather than try to eliminate part of their teams...and doing so would demand a careful orchestration with department/project heads to ask them who or how they could do with less people, losing some key players would decimate and end the project.

Elon wants to create a team of yes men players, he wants to dictate super efforts and hours...and a key rule of thump here is that one person working 80+ hours will never be able to do the work two people can during a normal work week. Then if you have to pay the overtime of time and a half and double time, getting less work out of the one person will cost you close to double the wages...unless of course you are an unrealistic i***t like Musk is who believes for some reason people should be willing to put super efforts into his goals without being compensated for it.

...If you lose key talent you are screwed, it really cannot be replaced
...If you lose team project managers you are really screwed, because then you have the team without the guidance they need to function
...Super insanely heroic efforts will never get you quality results
...The people that will agree to such self inflicted insanity will never be your best people, because the best people won't tolerate being abused

Twitter will never be close to what it was, it is about Elon trying to reject government control and oversight, and he has created an a******n out of Twitter

I just joined Twitter. Musk sent me a welcome - few other sites have done that. I lean a tad right, and posted a reply to Biden and the Whitehouse claims on EVs and the positive impact on the environment asserted, which I argued as being false, and that the infrastructure will not be ready in 7 short years. No one bounced me. I received a small "following" and a few replies. Musk is taking polls to determine whether other controversial persons should be allowed on Twitter. Overwhelming response has been "yes"! The site is working great, and there are now over 216 million "followers", a record for Twitter. So for the left leaning folks, know that the challenge to your opinions and assertions of facts is being exposed here, on T***h Social, and Twitter. Start eating crow!
