Because your type is famous for cherry picking the items from Leviticus which correspond to your personal beliefs.
Oh, please, not this s**t again. There are many things in Leviticus that do not correspond to any Christian's personal beliefs for the simple reason that many of those things were temporal in nature and dealt with day to day life in those times. Moses purpose was to lead his people in the ways of God and he was especially challenged by both living in a wild and often brutal land and by human weaknesses.
However, we're talking about SIN. From the very beginning, we are told about SIN.
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. . . . is where it began.
Yahweh is the author of my personal beliefs, not Leviticus.

Can't be stupid if you can't answer them.
What makes you think I can't answer them?
You didn't ask the question to get an answer, the answer means absolutely nothing to you.
In your world the Bible is a fairytale, you have no clue what it means, and your ignorance of it is virtually total.
IOW, whether or not I agree with everything in Leviticus is irrelevant.
You don't want an answer, bob, you just need an excuse to mock Christians.

Read Isaiah. It might help you.
B Bob loves to continually question his betters, all the while ducking and dodging and shucking and jiving their questions. As one of his betters, I know this well. You are handling his nonsense quite well.

Satan didn't say that, God did.
I'd suggest you read Genesis 3, but I know where that will go.

Why do you need to cherry pick?

Isaiah has 66 chapters, bob, hardly a cherry pick.
Study the entire Bible from "In the beginning" to the final Amen, or STFU.

How is "Read Isaiah....all of it" cherry picking?

Since God knew A&E were going to eat that apple anyway, What's the big f**king deal about punishing them? These days it's called entrapment.

It was a test of faith. A warning from God that if you disobey him either then or later on, there will be consequences.
Read Genesis.
And then read the Ten Commandments.
And then read Romans.

Since when did God confide in you about what He knew at the time of creation?
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable. (Ps. 145:3)
Behold, these are but the outskirts of his ways, and how small a whisper do we hear of him! But the thunder of his power who can understand? (Job 26:14)
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isa. 55:8–9)
Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways! "For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been his counselor?" (Rom. 11:33–34; cf. Job 42:1–6; Ps. 139:6, 17–18; 147:5; Isa. 57:15; 1 Cor. 2:10–11; 1 Tim. 6:13–16)

Just because God may have written out the script it doesn't mean he did not want it played out. By your logic, God shouldn't reward those who do well. You seem to have done well. I wonder why God allowed that ? Did you do something right ? Did you save a kitten ?

It's a matter of free will. The Bible says that God created all things for His pleasure. How many of God's children think about what they could do to please their Heavenly Father? Biblical illiteracy is the problem. God's children don't even bother to read/STUDY the hand-book He sent to teach us the right way, (God's way,) the wrong way Satan's way, to do things. The answers to all questions are right there in God's word. It's rather arrogant to imply that God really didn't mean what He said/made a mistake, and left it up to mere man to 'correct' Him...always in a manner that accommodates some earthly pastime. And our Heavenly Father is so loving He has/is giving us thousands of years to repent, AND worship Him. But there will come a time when there will be punishments, AND rewards meted out. And altering/ignoring Gods word to suit yourself is not pleasing to God...who 'created all things for his pleasure.'
