Think for a minute or second. Wouldn't that be political suicide besides actual suicide? Anyone within 50 miles of a nuclear blast will die. To paraphrase Putin's old ex-KGB partner, 'he likes to spread chaos.' Look to Nuland and a pact she and Biden made I think with NATO or Ukraine.
