Biden's a liar. A restriction/limit is not a ban but you and the rest of your ilk are too lazy to read the proposed bills yourself, so you let some lying flunky who couldn't pass law school without c***ting tell you what's in it.

I gave you my personal perspective already on the first page, but if your looking for what Biden is calling a ban by Republicans to be explained, here is a good example of the limitations "not ban" that Republicans are seeding:
What am I proposing for our country? That at 15 weeks, when the baby can feel pain, you provide anesthesia to save its life. If you operate on it, it should be protected from being dismembered by an a******nist. That puts us in line with France, Germany, Great Britain. Graham's bill includes several exceptions, including for rape, incest and when a woman's life is in danger from a pregnancy. It also explicitly bans the prosecution of women seeking a******ns."
It is not about a woman's right. The constitution to my knowledge does not have a clause in it giving a woman the right to have an a******n. The right that you do have is to say no to sex or be willing to accept the responsibility of motherhood and fatherhood before having sex. That is where your right is not after the fact when another person is involved in your decision. It then is not just about your right to choose what is best for you but also what is best for your baby. So we are not taking away your rights we are just changing where your rights are at, before you get pregnant not after.

You should try reasoning sometime. Sounds like you haven't been able to "think" your way out of your box!
