The question seems to be could Trump declassified secret docs.

Doc of use to him. And then take said documents but not tell anyone he had declassified them.

Or he could be lying about having declassified the docs.

His lawyers are being careful. They are concerned that charges will be laid and they want to keep their powder dry.

Trump could not have passed a low level federal employee security check. TS/SCI clearance was just another perk of the position.

BTW it a piece of cake to get a TS/SCI Security clearance I had one till 201 when i retired. Have even been to Sin City Wash DC and noted the type of employees they hire?
Heck even the Marxist Obama got a security clearance and couldn't provide a certified copy of his original birth certificate, or a legitimate SSN or legal proof of his name changes...

Don't know, I heard him on his last few days in office say he was declassing everything. Maybe since their minds are kind of shallow, that they can only focus on one thing and that was either the steal, defending the vegetable (man, that one must be hard, especially since he rarely makes a public appearance, I do see the clone though) or just being a troll which they suck at. And they don't multitask.
