Why would Trump, or anybody for that matter, willingly release a document that was intentionally designed to make him look bad. Once he releases it he has put himself in a position to have to publicly try to defend himself against any claims in it without any ability to back up his denials. All the while the opposition will distort all of it to make their points. Public release seems most likely to be a losing proposition for him no matter what the document contains.

My point being the right is making a big deal about pushing the DOJ to say what this is about when they know it isn't going to happen...and they also know that trump isn't going to say what it's about either.

It's a lot of noise and rhetorical lies during the period when nobody knows the facts, the period when they can best make up their own narrative.

And the most asinine thing I keep hearing is about trump running for president.
Innocent until proven guilty , is one thing.
But running for president while an uncounted number of indictments is still open should be enough to make any sensible v**ers run for their lives. Kit to mention the IRS’s hat isn’t in the ring yet.
