Dozens of Americans are locked away in prison for trespassing at the Capitol.

But radical l*****t groups like Black L***s M****r and A****a are free to r**t in the streets whenever they feel like it.

And now, a judge has given a B*M r****r an incredibly lenient sentence and the reason why will infuriate you.

While conservative activists are arrested, perps walked and given lengthy prison sentences for minor offenses, violent l*****t terrorists are set free after committing arson, vandalism, robberies, rapes and even murders.

Why?

Because the violent l*****ts are standing up for the woke agenda.

For example, Ayoub Tabri, 25, of Arlington, Virginia was arrested in 2020 for tossing a lit road flare on a Pennsylvania state trooper’s car during a B*M r**t in Philadelphia.

Tabri was recently found guilty of the crime and U.S. District Judge Joel M. Slomsky imposed a very light 364-day sentence, which is in stark contrast to the 37 to 46 months normally handed down for a crime of this nature.

Even the Philadelphia Inquirer was confused about the sentence and questioned whether it had something to do with Tabri’s immigration status.

As the Inquirer reported, “But it remains to be seen whether his sentence was a sign of a softening stance toward those charged with similar offenses during the May 30, 2020, unrest or an outlier influenced by the unique immigration consequences that Tabri — a citizen of Morocco who has lived in the U.S. as a green card holder since he was 6 years old — faced because of his crimes.”

Yep, Tabri isn’t even a U.S. citizen.

The judge noted in the sentence that because a sentence of 365 days or more would be defined as an “aggravated felony” for the purpose of deportation law, he purposely sentenced Tabri to only 364 days to avoid his removal from the country.

Given the time Tabri already served in jail pre-trial, this means the B*M arsonist will be released immediately on three years’ probation.

A member of a protected class got protection from the criminal justice system for committing a violent crime on behalf of another protected class.

Judges and even prosecutors have been lenient to B*M and A****a terrorists because they sympathized with their l*****t agenda.

Now, because of the light sentence, a violent foreign national is in the country when he should be sent home.

Actually they are locked up for attempting to stop the e******n process, and attacking police and doing damage to our capital...

and they are getting pretty light sentences themselves.

The e******n was over. The only people getting light sentences were the those who did the most damage. The gov't intends to allow these criminals to run loose after they disarm us - which isn't going to happen - to help reduce the population.

Yeah, l*****ts who don't give a s**t about the rule of law keep telling us that, but they never have proof it is true.

What is the difference between the consumer goods sold in the Capitol building
and those sold in a department store?
Which one provides daily benefits to American consumers and keeps Americans employed?
Which one contributes to a growing economy and which one tries to control it?
Why is minor damage to the Capitol building considered a far greater tragedy than the destruction of thousand of businesses in cities across the nation?
Why, over a period of 6 months, are 60,000 assaults on police officers and federal agents, of whom 18,600 were injured and 40 k**led, insignificant compared to 1000 assaults on police and federal agents resulting in 140 injured and none k**led during one afternoon of r**ting?

You need to get your priorities straight or STFU.
