It now appears from the police report, that the car crash of Nancy Pelosi's husband Paul, is a bit more serious that initially reported.
Originally it was reported as a DUI minor fender bender with no one hurt.
According to the police report, the other driver suffered injuries enough to be afflicted by pain in the arm, shoulder and neck, and was even suffering from headaches so much, so he required attention by a physician.
The police report states that Pelosi was under the influence of both “an alcoholic beverage and a drug.”
Paul Pelosi is pleading "Not Guilty" to the DUI charges, which is his right. However, consider the following:
1. On the eve of the trial, the presiding judge “mysteriously” stepped down and in their place a Democrat who has never presided over a criminal trial was placed on the bench.
2. The judge received campaign donations from the assistant district attorney who would be prosecuting the case.
3. This new judge also received campaign donations from the D.A for Napa County.
4. This new judge has a special relationship with Gavin Newsom, himself connected to Clan Pelosi.
All coincidences, I think not! I'm not pre-judging the outcome, but the circumstances surrounding this case smell to high heaven.
But unfortunately, this is just another example of our two tiered justice.
