https://conservativeinstitute.org/conservative-news/biden-says-theres-no-amendment-thats-absolute-during-gun-control-talk.htmPresident Joe Biden launched his new gun control campaign in New York City this week, making the upsetting claim that “no amendment is absolute” regarding Second Amendment gun rights.“Making sure that people who are not allowed to have a gun, don’t get the gun in the first place,” Biden said, according to the
Washington Examiner.
“This doesn’t violate anybody’s Second Amendment right. There’s no violation of the Second Amendment right to talk like there’s no amendment that’s absolute,” he added.
“Couldn’t buy a cannon”?“Remember, when the amendment was passed, they didn’t say anybody can own a gun, any kind of gun, or any kind of weapon,” Biden said.

Biden on the Second Amendment: "When the amendment was passed ... you couldn't buy a cannon ... and so there's no reason why you should be able to buy certain assault weapons."

“You couldn’t buy a cannon when this amendment was passed, and so nobody with the money should be able to buy certain assault weapons, but that’s another issue.”

Look at this news article from The Daily Caller: Biden Calls America’s Most Popular Handgun A Weapon Of War During Gun Control Speech
“You know, futures cut short by a man with a stolen Glock with 40 rounds,” Biden said about the two New York City police officers who were recently k**led in a shooting.
"Stolen" is the keyword here!“A magazine with 40 rounds. It’s really a weapon of war,” he added.
The wild accusations verged on nonsensical, especially in his words in opposition to the Second Amendment.
Biden is not the brightest bulb in the room. The speech may have been designed to speak against criminal activities involving guns, but has instead upset law-abiding Americans who do not like when the president speaks against the Second Amendment.
