I know you folks have been getting really confused about g****r lately, but men can't get pregnant. Besides, my wife and I have already introduced two children that have since grown into fine young liberals. That's good enough for us.

The best case is that the decision is made by a woman and her health care provider. This is simply a majority of v**ers keeping the state from forcing its will on women.

Agreed. I think some of the anti-choice folks here are just struggling with the fact that THEY are the one's depending on the government to overrule the will of the people, which is precisely what the recent Supreme Court decision did.

No, most of us conservatives just don't want assembly line a******ns as a means of birth control.

Then maybe you folks need to learn how to articulate that in policy. So far, you haven't.

Beknighted defecation spewing moron is a good start.

Did you miss civics class the day the SCOTUS section was taught. It IS NOT the job of SCOTUS to decide cases based on the whims of the people.

The court holds the power of judicial review, the ability to invalidate a statute for violating a provision of the Constitution.

A******n is murder!

Not if it's legal. All murder means is k*****g someone without permission from the government. As long as a person has permission to k**l something such as the soldiers that k**l people they don't even know, it's not actually murder.

A woman needs to keep her legs closed if she believes it is her time of the month to get pregnant...plain and simple!

Only a sheltered i***t could think pregnancy can't happen without a women's will to spread her legs.

Again, you show your ignorance.

Introduced in House (01/11/2019)
Heartbeat Protection Act of 2019

This bill makes it a crime for a physician to knowingly perform an a******n (1) without determining whether the fetus has a detectable heartbeat, (2) without informing the mother of the results, or (3) after determining that a fetus has a detectable heartbeat.

It provides an exception for an a******n that is necessary to save the life of a mother whose life is endangered by a physical (but not psychological or emotional) disorder, illness, or condition.

What you morons fail to understand is there were many who were willing to abide by Roe v Wade as long as there were some constraints. When your ilk decided it was perfectly fine to commit a******n even as the baby was in the birth canal, that willingness vanished. When it became clear that even after being born an infant would be allowed to die when the woman decided at the last minute she did not want the baby, that willingness died. You, and your ilk, created this storm.

As to your questionable statement that a******n should be seldom, it is a prevarication on your part. Are are 900,000 a******ns in 2020 [the latest available numbers really [seldom[/i]?

Yesterday, the very conservative people of Kansas v**ed against their Republican leaders on the a******n issue indicating that common-sense Republicans still exist. They're just not as loud and unruly as the more extreme fanatical side of the party and their leaders need to keep that in mind.

“The v**ers in Kansas have spoken loud and clear: We will not tolerate extreme bans on a******n,” said Rachel Sweet, the campaign manager for Kansans for Constitutional Freedom, which led the effort to defeat the amendment.

I have to say it was a relief to see this, because like their Republican leaders, I too was starting to wonder if ALL the conservatives have become as fanatic as the Taliban with their aggressive push to stomp on women's rights and the freedom for families and their doctors to make their own common sense decisions.

So a big thanks to the people of Kansas who have given me hope that common-sense still exists, even on the right.

Yeah, I think you['re right about the drug scenario. If all true, I put the over and under at 10 years for the divorce.
