Please give us the statute number of the law that Trump has supposedly broken. Do not bother with selected news items but simply show me the law. Chapter and verse. No one has done that yet and in fact, the things they accuse Trump of doing are not illegal, even if they were true. BUT telling lies under oath IS illegal.
Don’t hold your breath for valid reply!

It is up to the courts to define the violation that he is charged with if they do so.. with his background in crime he knows very well how to cover his deeds and walk that fine line. With so many people now telling the events leading up to the Jan 6th attack, we may see him charged, but that would not be a good bet.. with his power fading and the remains of the GOP looking for a replacement, if he runs, it may have to be his own party.. and he will at last fade away to obscurity..

Courts do not define law. They uphold law.

All you'll get is word salad. In their minds:
Statute 1 - mad about having the election rigged
Statute 2 - giving his opinion about the election being fraudulent
Statute 3 - trying to get courts to actually look at the evidence
Statute 4 - getting others to do the same
Statute 5 - organizing a protest
Statute 6 - using the words "peacefully and patriotically " in a manner which ruins the haters case against him
Statute 7 - not going away
These are the Democrat claims and they are undisputed.

Strange how the trump troops search over his 4 years of muddling and find only two words to praise him for and think that justifies the making him a bronze calf..

Well, Permi, it looks like you're wrong again.
It is up to the prosecution to define the violations, then PROVE them to the court.

NO, they will not. Prosecutors determine what charges are brought against an individual, law school 101.

Only after the prosecutor presents the charges.
