This Executive Order by President Obama is one of the worst actions the President did!

As to point 1, this is not so important as when the US wants to get weapons and other sorts of arms to the mentioned countries, it has ample opportunities and channels to get them there, so this part of waiving is not so important!

Point 2 is the most disturbing, and the most sick decision ever, by the President of the United States of America!

With waiving the ban on child-soldiers, and with such a ban active protecting the innocent children who are forced by both official national military forces as well as by m*****a and the non-official extremist forces, like Al Quaida, the President of the USA has given all these criminals, these abusers has given permission to these criminals to use children younger then 15 years of age to be forced to take part in, and be part of military actions and activities, and also to subject these minors to circumstances that not only endangers their well-being but their lives at a whole!

If human beings of this age, and younger, are subjected to murder, k*****g, rape and other criminal war-connected activities the mental health of these victims is severely damaged, if not ruined! The minimum will be that these children will be heavily traumatized, and will suffer the rest of their lives and existence!

The President of the United States of America is as guilty as the warlords of harming children, and he is cooperating with, and supporting those who are considered in the eyes of the world as the foulest, the sickest and the worst criminals ever!

Bad, bad, bad and again bad!

OK.... I don't think it is important in what publication it was reported, is it?

I neither do think it is important if it was concerning aid to countries that fight terror, I do hope that fighting terror is not a criterium for the President of the United States of America to allow aid to countries that facilitate, or support, or factually engage in using children younger then 15 yoa as soldiers........

I am not interested in the fact if it were counties that fight terror that were waived, as the qualification terror means for every country something different.......

What is important is that children younger then 15 yoa were more or less protected under the law, and now lack that protection, which is, in my opinion,. a bad thing!

The fact that the President of the USA is allowing aid to countries that allow child-soldiers is shameful, not only for the President but puts the whole country at shame!

My opinion!
