On this 4th of July what makes you Proud to be an American? For me it's Freedom...

Freedom, if we can keep it. Our founding principles.
Lately it's pretty hard to find a reason to be proud of America. Mitch McConnell is blocking a bipartisan bill to lower drug prices and the Supreme Court is shredding our rights. The Congress is not passing the bills we need. The only thing I see that has been good is the US is supporting the Ukaraine. Pretty sad.

You should try going to places like China and see what it's like over there... Even if we have problems, life here is much better than other countries...That's why people are dying to come here!

Absolutely!
And I always say that true freedom is NOT permission to do wh**ever you want, for that is license which brings licentiousness (not a good thing).
True Freedom is the unencumbered ability to do what is Right! In accordance with Natural Law.
I'm proud of America, but since I did not serve in the military I feel somewhat lacking as to my personal contribution to our Great Country.
But I do feel p***e in the three fine, hard working sons I have raised, fine American family men, and the traditional family is a key part of America's strength.
God Bless America!

If their reason was to protest gov. Gav Niusance, or his aunt, n**i peeloosely, I would say they have a good point. Otherwise๐๐.

What you fail to acknowledge is that there are a number of countries where people are happier than here. And in many ways enjoy more freedom. This is true in much of Scandinavia and other parts of Western Europe. Along with places like New Zealand. It all depends on what is important to you. Education, health care, decent dignified work. To answer your question, I am proud of our nations potential and our ability to make it better by acknowledging our successes and learning from our failures.
