I am fond of the musket trope. My answer to that is; then you go back to quill and parchment, get ride of your electronics, etc, etc, etc.
Couple years ago, Piers Morgan tweeted: “The 2nd amendment was devised with muskets in mind, not high-powered handguns & assault rifles. Fact.”
Carol Roth, a business strategist, former investment banker and frequent cable news financial commentator noted the tweets, her radar bleeped and she tweeted back the following:
Roth: “@piersmorgan It was devised 4 people 2b able 2 protect themselves w same type of weaponry used by those from whom they might need protection.”
Morgan: “@caroljsroth Where exactly does it say that in the Constitution – must have missed it?”
Roth: “@piersmorgan right next to the word ‘muskets.’”
Just give me 36 hours and I could fill the jails in Chicago with illegal gun owners, and illegal guns. But Dems. will have none of that! Hmmmmm..
See if I figured this right? Democrats are melting down about law abiding citizens carrying a gun but have no problem with criminals carrying one. Got it.

I have a theory that all the toys with the f**e "tacticool" stuff on them makes people want to put that crap on real rifles when they get old enough. Gadgets they don't need and will probably never use.
