Forbes Magazine??? Give me a break! This is not a Forbes editorial, but a blog by a far left blogger identified only as jeff61b.
Its target audience is apparently the most ignorant, low information people, plus far left ideologues who subsist on pure propaganda and ignore facts. To be kind about this blogger, he is less than honest.
Just a couple examples:
He says: "Unemployment has dropped from 10.1% in October of 2009 to 5.9% and projected to reach 5.4% by summer of 2015". This is designed for the ignorant who think the unemployment percent means the percent of people who are unable to find a job. It has been reduced by two means: 1) outright fraud, as before the 2012 election when surveyors falsified reports, reporting people as working when they in fact were not and 2) it ignores all the people who have dropped out of the workforce, or aren't even trying to get into it because the economy is so bad the jobs aren't there.
http://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS11300000He says: "The Federal budget deficit is shrinking. Its been reduced by two-thirds since 2009" This again is designed for the very ignorant who have no concept of what a deficit is and what debt is. The critical thing is Obama's disastrous increase in our debt, from about $9Trillion to $17.9T now. Obama alone is on target to more than double the debt before leaving office, and has put us on a sure course of fiscal disaster.
This blog is pathetic. I would be highly embarrassed to post it.

I don't see any reference in the blog to Forbes at all. where did the idea that it was from forbes come from. The childish wording int eh blog doesn't seem like the professionalism normally seen in Forbes. Unless you can prove it came from forbes with a photocopy date and page number I will have to believe you have been duped, however unintentionally.
no propaganda please wrote:

Sorry I may have been unclear in my reference. I meant to indicate some of the statistics he quotes are from Forbes.

Oh come on. Its a decent article and cites references. Your comment regarding employment has substance but your numbers on the debt due to Obama are distorted and not accurate, at least in terms of the increases due to Obama. I'd be embarrassed to have distorted this information so blatantly.
This article is the biggest bunch of pure 100% bull shit that I've ever read................................

Your post came through as I was writing mine. Both of us had some concerns from the beginning.
