Can't stand him. He came across as a Conservative Constitutionalist and is wishy washy. I probably wouldn't agree with him on most stances if he'd have said he's a moderate but I'd respect him. I probably didn't agree with 2% of Judge Ginsburgs rulings but I respected the hell out of her. She was a flaming liberal and never hid it, and stood by her convictions.
