You are most definitely certified, and the law has nothing to do with it.

And you didn’t read it, did you… If you had you would have read caselaw on proving “intent” from the US DOJ.

We know you’re brilliant and everything. After all you’re a paralegal. Just a little less slimy than a real attorney. Put some of that intellect to use and hit quote reply when responding to someone, so we know who your Brilliance is responding to.

Don’t you love these guys Arch? When are they gonna learn most of us don’t worry about Trump? We have food shortages, skyrocketing inflation, a military losing thousands of warriors because they won’t go woke, exploding crime, and a huge f******l overdose problem. Not to mention we are being invaded by millions from over a hundred different countries. And somehow the intellectuals on the left can’t get Trump out of their heads.

Salman dealt closely with Fat Donny because he had Donny fawning all over him. Salman flattered Trump which elicits the same response from Trump as the bell does with Pavlov's rats. After that Fat Donny approved 20+ arms deals that were being held up over the atrocities Salman was committing in Sudan. Trump also gained the favor of Salman for not commenting on the brutal murder of Jamal Khashoggi and the dismemberment of the body prior to its disposal. Trump's "criticisms" of Salman were for show as proven by the $20 billion contribution to the infrastructure program that Trump touted but never began. Fat Donny spit out infrastructure plans over and over again but never implemented one. I wonder how much of that $20 billion went into Fat Donny's own pocket.

Obama and now Biden have used Saudi Arabia for what it is able to provide. Obama, unfortunately, did sell them huge amounts of military hardware. Unfortunately, too, Biden is now forced to seek oil production from Saudi Arabia due to the int***sigence of the "American" oil industry who is refusing to drill and to produce gasoline in order to reduce the pump price which they have artificially skyrocketed in a monopolistic move to shoot their profits through the roof at the expense of the American people and the nation's economy.

Dirty old man biden is a p*******e. If you prefer him you, too, are complicit in these vile, foul crimes.

What you “have” is a lot of misinformation and propaganda.

Tell you what you do.

Watch the Miami Herald over the next month. You’ll find out all your heroes are on China’s parole.

That projection thing again.

Brilliant? Me? No. But I know some brilliant people.
I am a former member of the Top One Percent Society (which merged into Termite), and I do sometimes do legal research for Glenn Kirschner on MSNBC…and my book is being used as a textbook in law school, but I don’t consider myself brilliant.
What do you do?

We don't consider you brilliant either, and we don't need your resume,
either s**t or get off the pot.

This guy might be all he says he is. Comes across as another know it all progressive. Awful lot of high I.Q.’s in the Biden administration who can’t seem to get anything correct. I’ve got some extremely bright progressive clients. However; they consider their opinions facts and no amount of proof sways them on anything. Waste of time.

Another troll who cherry-picks legal decisions that support his premise, which is "Orange Man Bad." Hey OPP! In case you bothered to read his "cites," most of them seem to include the words "cert. denied." That means a Writ of Certiorari has been denied, and a higher court has declined to hear the case. You will note that most of them emanate from either the Ninth Circuit or what was then the DC Circuit. That should tell you something; along with the detachment of the partial statements from the rest of the proceedings. Partial statement like these, devoid of meaning when detached from their cases, are often used by trolls and amateur intimidators as "proof" of their expertise. They count on the fact that most people either won't bother or don't know how to look up the relevant material. L*****ts are quite good at this; case in point, how they belabor the "Well-Regulated M*****a" of the Second Amendment while omitting all mention of what "well regulated" and "m*****a" meant in the 1790s, and neglecting to mention that the phrase is a prefatory clause. You quote partial statements from cases that have nothing to do with the matter at hand and rely on the unwillingness or inability of others to prove you wrong.

We will see how objective the article by the left leaning Miami Herald is. You know, the Miami Herald that trashes every conservative candidate, which is why you love it. By the way, you might increase your credibility a little if you give ua a post on how Biden is defrauding the American people with high gas prices in order to force them to accept his extreme g***n e****y agenda. That is his intent.
