Amen to that, And yes I lay the Blame On Biden for the state of mind that he is putting people In. And I also blame the Ex-President Obamma and Biden who started the School to Prison Pipeline Crap of keeping the student out of the hands of police in order to prevent them from being expelled. The schools that practiced his policy would get $50,000.00 Dollars, and the criminal activity would never show up on Background Checks it was all between the school and the parents to smooth things over.
So Look Where We Are Today. Another result of failed policies. 👏 👏 .

Obama’s education guidance was terrible policy — and it’s about to come back
Unfortunately, fearing expensive and burdensome federal investigations, many school districts started punishing minority students less when the Obama administration discipline guidance was in effect. When misbehavior isn’t punished, there tends to be more of it. Reports of increased classroom chaos abounded. Saddest of all are the stories of students trying to learn amid disorder — many of them from poor or racial minority backgrounds themselves.

Obama’s lax discipline policies made schools dangerous

Deputies called to the suspected shooter’s home 39 times over seven years
But the nature of the emergencies at his Parkland home included “mentally ill person,” “child/elderly abuse,” “domestic disturbance” and “missing person,” KTLA reported.
And a schoolmate, Brody Speno, told the network that cops were called to Cruz’s home “almost every other week.”
“Something wasn’t right about him,” Speno told CNN. “He was off.”
Speno said he knew Cruz from elementary school and described him as “an evil kid” who was “always getting in trouble.”
Cruz — who posted images of himself on Instagram posing with guns and knives — has confessed to k*****g 17 people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland and made an alarming online comment about a recent mass shooting.

Those that act on road rage should never drive again or own a gun until they learn not to hurt in response to stress.

I guess you never have a bad day. It’s not mental illness. Have lived in Las Vegas for many years and the stress there for road rage is loosing your entire paycheck at the crap table, drinking, drugs, spousal abuse, putting up with rude inconsiderate people at your gaming table if you’re a dealer or cocktail waitress, then driving home. It’s not just in Vegas it’s everywhere. Loosing your job, illness in the family with no insurance, wondering how you will be able to pay your rent and put food in the table or gas in your car. That institutes road rage.

No, that’s not what I said, however you are calling it mental illness and it’s not. It can happen to any one. Are you telling me that in all the years you have been on earth you have never had a moment of rage???

It is not what you think it is ! We have always had people with mental problems ( some serious ) that had no intention of k*****g anyone . I personally know some who could not understand one and one is equal to two . They ALL
were harmless . Not many years ago , one never heard of a school shooting . This is NOT a mental disease ; it is a SIN disease , perpetrated by demon possessed persons . There is a cure , but few seek it. The government will not tell you what this is ; if they know , as many in the government have a SIN disease , and their leader doesn't want them to breathe one word of t***h concerning this .
In my younger days I had a neighbor who had serious mental challenges , he could never pass first grade , so they just kept pushing him up a grade . If this fellow had came to my door and asked if he could borrow a gun , I would have gotten one out , made sure it was loaded and then handed it to him

I suppose I have, a long time ago.

I think that mental illness is too sever. Emotional immaturity would be better.

Road rage is very much a mental health problem. An inability to handle stress.

Mental health is a grey scale.

"Mental health is a grey scale." True.

Some stress is deliberately made difficult enough or frustrating enough to attempt to cause a person to lose control. Not just on the roads; more often in other circumstances.

On the roads, there are a lot of drivers who are careless about other people's safety. For example, they cut too close. I say that's the problem: too many drivers who are rude and careless about other people's safety.

Off the roads, also, a lot of people are rude and careless about how their behaviors affect others. That's a problem.
