Yep, only you're thinking of just the Army. Add the Marines. Actually a few Marine vets and I were just talking about this. I have another number for you M38, with that I can take down 15,000 in one minute then have to reload and start again. Kentucky Ordnance and I are good friends.

Considering this is an invasion then an "act of war, " could be declared. Once declared spend the hundreds of billions of dollars that are directed to social programs, living expenses, shelter to civilian t***sportation planes, trains, busses and work force to round up all i******s and could even give them a pocket full of cash to reestablish. In the short term we would be dollars behind but in the short/near future hundreds of Billions ahead and considering the long term even trillions ahead.
Even a small percentage of dollars saved going to veterans and the poor would be huge

I suggested that a long time ago - till we (America) gets a handle on the situation - stop all of it.
Handle the few rare cases carefully (a soldier marrying someone from another country, etc.).
