Your first mistake of many is to call a fetus a baby.. most lost fetus are nothing more then a clump of blood and tissue in the basin of a toilet.. not at all a viable human..

Do you also rate the murder of different people separately? How does that work? Is a 30 year old healthy young man's murder more awful than, say, a 70 year old with health problems? What about a woman in a wheelchair compared to a 16 year old girl? Do you see a moral difference in a first trimester baby, a second trimester baby, and one still in the womb but about ready to deliver? How about one 3 hours old, two days old, a month old? How about we use puberty as the dividing line.......or even better, lets just say that any child still dependent on their parents is a detached part of the mothers body and completely subject to her decisions, wh**ever they may be.
My way is simple to understand, realistic, scientifically accurate, moral, ethical, and correct. If he/she is growing into a person, regardless of inside a woman or outside of the mother's body, he/she IS a person, and entitled to every right that any other person has. Primarily, the right to life.
You so called 'logic' is NOT logic. It is rationalization.

You did not and CAN not provide evidence that a fetus is not a person EXCEPT by the vapid, illogical, and inaccurate effort to DEFINE a fetus as a non-living person.

I am being deadly serious.
If you (or anyone else) can justify terminating a 1 to 6 month pregnancy, much less a just-short-of-9 month pregnancy, it is just a tiny little insignificant step to justifying the termination of a 30 day old post-fetus. Especially one that is not in the best of health, or whose continued existence would be a strain or hardship on his mother. After all, why should she be forced to raise a child she no longer wants? And it is SO much better for the child if termination happens rather than let h/she live a miserable life of poverty, hardship, and not being wanted. Isn't it?
The exact same logic applies to both, child and fetus, when society gets to define 'fetus' or 'child' or 'viable' anyway it chooses.

You say I am wrong, and I have no proof. Try this on for size: If NOTHING is done, no medical or physical interference, a breathing human being will result. A completely natural process. Logic dictates that a fetus is therefore an unfinished human being in production, just as any child is. No significant difference. Both use blood to exist, both process oxygen, though from different sources. Both process food, again from different sources. Both interact with their environment, both exhibit emotions, both function as designed.
And where is YOUR proof that it is nothing but a lump of cells? And who are YOU to decide that the 'right of a woman to choose' takes priority over a child's right to live?
