The lottery represents an incredible opportunity for millions of people. We live in a country where upward mobility is possible, but the path to financial success is far from easy.

When the news got out that Illinois failed to pay their winning lottery tickets, families and residents are outraged and demanded justice.

Many of the winners have sought legal help to fight back against the state that stole their dreams away from them.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time that it’s happened — multiple people have won the lottery and tried to redeem their winning tickets, but this state simply refused to pay up.

One attorney, Tom Zimmerman, has started representing some of the winners and claims that Illinois has failed to pay out $288 million in lottery prizes.

According to TIME, the state of Illinois announced that it would not be paying out any winnings over $600 until a budget crisis was resolved. However, TV ads promoting the lottery continued to air.

“If any private business would engage in this kind of conduct, selling tickets and not paying out the winner, the state would shut them down and indict them for fraud,” said Zimmerman.

Rhonda Rasche, a 49-year-old hospital clerk is part of the group of lottery winners who sued the state to get their winnings.

Rasche said that after getting a winning scratch-off ticket for $50,000, officials told her she would be receiving a check in the mail with her winnings in four to six weeks. But, months later, she still had not yet been paid. “I’ve been waiting for a check for $50,000,” she said.

Another upset lottery winner spoke to Inside Edition, “We won. We finally can have a comfortable life. Suddenly you’re gonna pull the rug out from under us. We had a ticket for $250,000,” Susan Rick said.

Similarly, a group of city employees from Chicago joined a lottery pool and wound up winning $1 million, but they didn’t see a dime of it. They sued the state of Illinois, too.

Here’s what the Illinois Lottery said in a statement via USA Today:

These deceived winners have had enough. Many of them have joined together to sue the state for the money they have won. Zimmerman is doing everything he can to ensure that this situation is made right.

We can only hope that this attorney wins his suit against the state of Illinois. No one should have to struggle for money that already has their name on it.

The "we want free" v**ers to have given the Land of Lincoln over to the land of Karl Marx!

Like the owners of the central bank (FED), the criminals who stole the government of Illinois are thieves.

Biden Family

Subject: A Hallmark Family Movie in the making!

Maybe a Hallmark Family Movie will be made out of this:

Just imagine if this was a trump child……every news network would be on this story and by now he would have been indicted and found guilty with all the evidence from his own laptop.

Here is a story: Joe Biden and his first wife, Neilia, had three children: H****r, Beau and Naomi. In 1972, his wife Neilia and Naomi, tragically died in a car accident.

Joe eventually married a woman named Jill (his current wife, the "Doctor”).
Joe already knew Jill because she had been H****r's babysitter. (Yeah, THAT seems like something out of "Father Knows Best" - marry the babysitter). They had a daughter named Ashley, who lives 'a quiet life' and is frequently in and out of rehab for various substance abuse issues.

Now sadly, the sanest, most normal one of the 3 surviving kids, Beau, died in 2015 from a brain tumor. He had been married to Hallie and they had 2 children, a boy and a girl named Natalie, who was 11 yrs old when her dad died.

Enter H****r B***n, in 2015, to "comfort" his brother's widow. Mind you, H****r is married at the time, to Kathleen Biden, since 1993. He starts screwing around with his dead brother's wife in 2015 ... H****r's wife Kathleen finds out about it and they separate. H****r moves in with his dead brother's wife, Hallie, and her two kids, and they have a grand old time.

H****r ultimately gets divorced from Kathleen in 2017 But, before that happens….

H****r starts screwing around with a stripper, while still shacking up with his dead brother's wife, before his divorce is finalized, and gets the stripper pregnant. Haillie kicks his butt to the curb supposedly for this indiscretion in 2018.

OK, at this point in the drama, he is still legally married to his first wife, living with his widowed sister-in-law, and has knocked up a pole dancer. You following this? Can you begin to imagine if that was one of Trump's sons?

He denies the stripper's baby is his, although a paternity test proves otherwise and eventually he marries yet another woman named Melissa in 2019 after knowing her for 6 days… and should you NOT believe all that you’ve just read, go to Google and put this in:
h****r b***n wives and girlfriends

Does the fairy tale end there? Why no, no it doesn't.

This just sets the stage…

Enter the laptop from hell ... loaded with emails, text messages, photos, child pornography, videos, and other sordid digital images of drug use and rampant weirdness….

H****r B***n dropped the laptop off in Delaware, his home state, to get it repaired. It seems he dropped it in some water while in a meth-induced state of mind. He then neglected to pay the $85.00 repair fee and the laptop became the repair shop owner's property for non-payment.

When the owner saw what was on it, he was so disturbed that he contacted the FBI. No response, it wasn't a "noose" h*****g in a NASCAR garage. The DOJ? No response, it didn't involve Trump's tax returns.

Eventually, it landed in Rudy Giuliani's possession and he turned it over to the Delaware State Police AFTER making 4 copies of the hard drive.

Turns out, there's quite a lot of child pornography on there ... much of it involving youngsters on H****r's many trips to China.

The Chinese C*******t Party uses this as a blackmail tactic ... They supply the young girls, they film you, unknowingly, and then they can keep you "in line", while paying you the big $$$ to do their bidding, like lucrative deals with your VP father.

Millions of dollars were paid to H****r B***n for favors with the US. government while Joe Biden was VP under Obama.
For 8 years H****r made the contacts and split the money with his father, referred to as the "Big Guy" in all emails detailing how their ill-gotten gains would be split up amongst all the criminals involved.

Joe Biden sold out his country and used his meth head son to do it. Biden is as dirty and crooked as they come.

We are living in a world where your death contains a bounty of between $1,000 to $10,000. Hidden within the fine print of all hospital admittance forms in the US is a statement that they can give you a CV19 shot, put you on Remdesivir and a ventilation. Therefore, you must obtain an Advanced Medical Directive Notarized and signed, the necessary forms are included in the links below. Download, fill out and sign the following documents and present them upon admission to any US hospital. If you do not, because there is a substantial bounty on your dead body, you may exit that hospital in a body bag.

I am not certain about hospitals in other countries. Anyone with that information please contact me.

The lotteries are backed by the actual ticket sales, except that the reality is that they are not, if it is like California a private corporation pays winners and doles out a measly amount that was promised to the state.
