The Ignorance of the Supreme Court is Staggering!
Late last week many millions of Americans may have felt that they dodged a bullet when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against a federal jab mandate for employees in companies of 100 or more workers.
But did they? After all, the flip side of this is that the Court upheld a mandate for health care workers of employers who receive federal funds. Plus, the court didn’t seem to mind at all to uphold a mandate, as long as Congress v**ed it in. The Supreme Court Justices don’t know the Constitution nor do they understand the separation of powers.
Former Justice Antonin Scalia was the last Justice that understood the law of the land.
Most of the “Johnny Come Late-lies” are neophytes and not educated in Constitutional law but very knowledgeable in woke law!

They upheld the mandate for healthcare workers because healthcare workers have always had to have certain v*****es to work in the hospital. Nothing new there. The precedent was set for years.

Only Gorsuch, Alito, and Thomas know Constitutional law. The rest are neophytes, liberals or tainted.

There are three that still know the constitution but their influence has been limited with the corruption of Roberts
