American political economy is by legal definition decentralized. The only authorized centralized powers in the fed gov are those specifically delegated to the fed gov. by the states. Most of the illegal (undelegated) power centralization by the fed gov in the 20th c was done by FDR, LBJ, and their deep state g*******t heirs - typically democrats.
Trump wants to reverse this illegal power grab by the fed gov and push power back to the states in order re-Americanize the country (a federation of independent states).
