Do you know how many people "tuned in" to hear Biden at events where he spoke?
If rally-attenders are close together (as they were at an indoor Tulsa event many months ago) then that's just a wrong* thing to do in a p******c. Responsible, aware people would not do that nor encourage it.
* (other words come readily to mind, but "wrong" is one of the relatively polite ones)
