Republicans have carved out exceptions of the filibuster dozens of time for one bill or another. But after Trump's defeat, under no circumstances will they permit ANY bill making it easier for minorities to v**e.
Besides, Sinema is raking in "conservative" donor cash, and Manchin is heavily invested in the f****l f**l industry and he's not about to see that cash cow reduced. Maseratis are expensive to run.

For one thing—as in Georgia—they are closing polling places in Democratic districts, and have redrawn congressional districts to eliminate Dem reps.
