They crossed it with a moronic level contradiction, on one hand they said congress needs to determine vaccine mandates for the workplace, and then they took a position that is not theirs to take, it is on congress.

The worry about how a biased conservative court would deal with laws is facing us, it's actually hitting us in the face.

The fear was that when congress actually passes laws that a conservative court could and would overstep their authority and rule those laws unconstitutional...never mind that the constitution is whatever they say it is.

The constitution is what the constitution says it is. A limit on powers of the federal government. It is only the liberal judges that want to make the constitution "fluid".

The mandate is not constitutional period. If Biden wants a mandate it has to go thru the congress,Senate and signed into law by Biden. It's that simple. They can't pass it thru that way as they tryed and failed.Forcing a citizen to inject a vaxx they don't want without any way to sue for damages done by it is unconditional as it gives no redress for compensations to the injured party.Period.

What does the Constitution so clearly say about Citizens United ?
Whereby, corporations are people and money is now speech .
A limit on powers of the government ?
What about a limit on corporations ?
The government should be telling the corporations what to do ,not the other way around. We are not living here in their country , they are living here in ours.
They should oblige to live by our laws . Not the other way around.

Even a mandate passed through congress would likely not be constitutional. An overreach of Federal government. Though a Supreme Court may rule otherwise. State issued mandates have been ruled by the SCOTUS as legal. So, depends on the state.

In your post you state: “The government should be telling the corporations what to do…..”
Are you referring to the government telling Facebook, Twitter and MSM what to do?
Yet earlier in your post you encourage a limit on corporations.
Does that limit also apply to Facebook, Twitter and MSM?
Facebook, Twitter, MSM and the Federal Government are partners in information control.
Your contradictory post mirrors your confused state of mind.

I have noticed that people seem to have forgotten, that even after 2 years NONE of these "vaccines"/experimental drugs have been able to pass approval by the FDA.

Excellent point! If you have no recourse of compensation for damages how can they expect us to take it. By making them free from consequence without backing their product why would you take them. That and covering over bad effects so the word gets out is another red flag. I don't need multiple red flags to catch on this is wrong to push without consent.

It is illegal, unconstitutional, and unethical to force ANYONE to take an experimental drug.

Why don't virtuous ignoramuses get that?

And it was codified by an INTERNATIONAL Court, after the Nazis experimented on unwilling prisoners. The Nuremberg Code prevents experimental drugs being forced on anyone.
