The Gift of God is Love

This is the first in my lifetime, I experienced the most snow that blanketed our cities. All around us are white stuff, could not see any other color except the tall evergreens with some leaves remained green. Years ago, during the early seventy's , we had the temp. of zero degree or one time below zero, but not much of snow like we have at present. The sun came out PM, but the snow remains are freezing.
I have been calling services to remove the snow around my driveway, nobody was available. Then about 10:AM this morning, came my two great friends, husband and wife, brought me groceries. These couple are from Ohio, moved here few years ago. Her husband reminds me of Jim Jordan, my favorite Congressman.
About an hour ago, the president of our Home Owners Assn, came with a snow shovel. He shoveled my driveway and so my car could pass thru. And how grateful I am God answered my prayers.
The gift of Christmas is love. "Love one another as I love you." Christ said. Best wishes for the New Year to all Republicans and Democrats. at OPP! God loves us all!
