Pass the buck ,let the states decide - states rights - Isn't that the narrative most confederate minded states used to debate certain key issues as to whether women, Afro-Americans and others -that elements of this society have been trying to dup... I mean, proselytized into believing that it is a free ,everyone is equal under the law ,humane , just society and as to why they are having trouble incurring such inalienable amenities is because they are not equal -their recent rhetoric regarding the a******n issue sounds if they want to revert back to states rights ,and having states rights [again ] means Jim Crow laws again ; this issue of a******n is marginal of the greater issue of will this nation continue to be the champion and the leader of the concept of liberty and democracy or will it subliminaly continue to breech every aspect that liberty entails or advocate Trumps rhetoric that speaks of the antithesis of what a libertarian society is and does.
