I doubt it will be, but, If Roe is overturned it will be the end of republicans. A large majority support limits on a******n but few support very strict limits beyond what Roe already imposes.

It is not an a******n law. It is a Women’s rights law.
Does she or does she not have a right to take care of Her Body the way she’s sees fit.? Or does the government need to protect her rights by allowing safe
Safe medical terminations.
As opposed to the unsafe terminations that started Roe v wade.
The Hyde amendment is still intact. Government will never be allowed to pay for terminations. Planned Parenthood has never been the enemy. They provide valuable medical services for women, and men.

Nature tries to start a new human every time a woman ovulates. If we really considered human life sacred we should insure that ovum has every chance to live. We should outlaw sexual abstinence as negligent homicide.
Obviously I don't believe in that. I think the law should be to protect society, not the unborn infant. It does not hurt anyone else if a woman has an a******n, so it should be none of their business. Saying that conception is when the ovum becomes a person is really a religious concept. The constitution prohibits an establishment of religion, I feel that any anti-a******n law is therefore a violation of the constitution.
