The stores should politely ask the l**ters to go through the checkout line. That way the store will have an accurate record for insurance purposes, and the l**ter will have a receipt that says, at the bottom, "Thank You. You Saved $949.67."

Yeah, and the checkout people can let them know when they are over the legal limit so those frequent Affirmative Shoppers don't get arrested for theft.

I'm sure the governor and City of LA would have thought of it. They have been very forthcoming with ways to make theft and violent crime less unpleasant than it might otherwise be.
