That's because they are using vastly different criteria to make their judgments. We are having a surge and today started by county ordinance “ voluntary mask usage.” I was at a meeting when the news came on and two of the guys said~ sh.** I'd rather just the damn thing and be done with it!! This is ridiculous.. The other replied you got that right, stop running scared of this, let it hit, build antibodies and go back to normal lives again!! This fear mongering is ridiculous and all this extended this and that not doing anything!! All a guess....
