Hi microphone. Rumitoid doesn’t understand the reference you made in your post regarding hookers, blow, and sniffing little kids. Understandable why. CNN doesn’t cover or broadcast such propaganda. Personally, I found it be be hilarious. Keep up the good fight.

Please explain, with evidence, "regarding hookers, blow, and sniffing little kids." But you better scratch hookers; that is an abject embarrassment to Trump...well, if had a moral compass. Remember he paid to keep his hooker from going public, and that is proven.

Donald Trump Jr. is selling shirts that say "guns don't k**l people, Alec Baldwin k**ls people" after Baldwin fired a prop gun on a movie set and k**led a cinematographer.

Baldwin fired the prop gun on the set of "Rust" last Thursday after reportedly being told it was not loaded. The cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died.

Trump Jr., the son of former President Donald Trump, is selling the shirts on his website for $27.99 in three colors: black, blue, and military green.

Baldwin, who portrayed the former president on "Saturday Night Live," has previously spoken out against the National Rifle Association and other gun rights activists. He has also been a vocal critic of Donald Trump.

Baldwin said on Friday that his "heart is broken" for Hutchins' family. People reported that he was "hysterical" and "inconsolable" and taking time off work since Hutchins' death.

He was seen hugging Hutchins' grieving husband on Saturday.

Hutchins' father told The Sun that he doesn't blame Baldwin for her death, and said it was the fault of the movie's prop team.

You are giving Baldwin a free pass. He shot and k**led someone. His excuse of, “I didn’t know the gun was loaded” is and example of an i***t being given a lethal machine and then using it to murder someone with it. Any person brought up in a family that kept guns in the house is smart enough to know that all guns are loaded until you have personally check to see if they are loaded or not. But go ahead and give a get out of jail card free to your pals in Hollywood, the make-believe part of America.

Baldwin was holding the gun. Baldwin is guilty of manslaughter. It matters not “what he was told”. It matters not who told him the gun was not loaded.

Responsible Basic Gun Safety
1. Treat all guns as if they are always loaded.
2. Never let the muzzle point at anything that you are not willing to destroy.
3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and you have made the decision to shoot.
4. Be sure of your target and what is behind it.

A make believe person in a make believe world ignores real world facts and an innocent bystander suffers the real world consequences of the make believe person’s arrogance, negligence and stupidity.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Baldwin alone is guilty as hell. He alone held the gun, not to mention his legal liability and legal responsibility as Producer.

Apparently so-called right-wingers have no problem using the same tactics as l*****ts to vilify someone they despise.

Screw our Constitution and the Rule of Law, just charge the SOB with a crime and pronounce him guilty even before the investigation is complete and the dead are buried.

Obviously, so-called right-wingers do not realize that a movie set is not a shooting range, and that the movie industry has very strict weapons protocols (includes the use of knives, swords, bows and arrows, and explosives).

There are very strict laws around handling prop weapons during a film shoot and even blank ammunition is loaded in front of the crew, says Seth Rossman, a Toronto armaments specialist for film and TV productions.

The weapons master is required to be on set whenever a weapon is being used. The Actors' Equity Association's guidelines state that, "Before each use, the weapons master (armorer) should make sure the gun has been test-fired offstage, supervise a test firing, or test fire it him or herself. The weapons master must watch the prop master check the cylinders and barrel to be sure no foreign object or dummy bullet has become lodged inside. All loading of firearms must be done by the property master, armorer or experienced persons working under their direct supervision.

Nowadays, all weapons are checked before blanks are loaded into the weapon. The blanks themselves are never loaded until the very last minute, when all crew is in position, so the armorer knows exactly where every member of the crew is so that no one's walking through any danger areas the armorer has set up.

We don't know what happened on the set of Rust, but it is fairly common to have a gun pointed at the camera, and by extension the cinematographer, to get a certain angle.

"We've all seen the very famous shots in films where you get that dramatic effect of a gun being pointed at you, the audience, and of course, it's being pointed toward the camera," explained Steven Hall, a veteran second unit director and cinematographer who has worked on films like Fury and Thor: The Dark World.

To minimize that, one would put a remote camera in that place, or at least, if someone does have to operate the camera, I'm normally protected by safety goggles, a safety visor and often a PERSPEX screen that withstands pretty much anything. Obviously, it wouldn't withstand a real shot from a gun, but it would certainly withstand a blank.

By the time a gun or guns are handed to the actor or actors for a rehearsal or take, the gun or guns have been checked by at least three people experienced with firearms. The actors are not required to "safe" the gun before the cameras roll.

The movie "Rust" had a limited budget, the production company could not afford to hire the world class pros, nor did they even hire members of the union (IATSE Local 44). The weapons master (armorer) for this movie, Hanna Gutierrez, is inexperienced, the movie "Rust" would be her 2nd movie. Due to her inexperience, she was reluctant to take on the job, but she signed on. And, it is obvious from what we know so far that she wasn't up to the job. However, Gutierrez cannot be singled out any more than can Baldwin.

Accidents don't just happen, they are caused, and most often it is a series of mistakes that add up and lead to an accident.

To be clear, I am not Alec Baldwin's defense attorney, I am not attempting to exonerate him from any responsibility in this, rather I am defending his rights as an American citizen. All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Upholding the rule of law is something the l*****ts never do, and I have no intention of sinking to that level.

I'm with you, PR, 100%.

It is entirely possible that this incident most likely has ended Baldwin's movie career. I cannot imagine what he is going through right now.

Thank you for pointing out my poor choice of words. You’re correct, all are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It will be more than interesting to see, after the investigation, what if any charges are filed and against whom. Thank you again for attempting to keep me honest and true.
