I agree with Wallace. The White House Press Secretary’s main responsibility is to speak on behalf of and echo the POTUS. She’s done a fine job representing Biden.
I’m not sure what you think you had there with your article link and laughing emoji. Judging her performance based on the above performance criteria is not the same as judging what she is professing.
