I seem to remember that Mitch would not let the Democrats under Obama pick a Supreme Court Justice, even though the Constitution calls for it. Lindsay Graham of South Carolina said that they would have the next pick of a justice. Never happened. So which party is trying to stack SCOTUS?

They both want to. Ruth Bader Ginsburg should have retired so Obama was assured a pick. Big mistake on her part and right or wrong the democrats paid for it.

It has more to do with a conservative court that places a far higher value on the bible than the constitution.

LittleWoodie, wrong AGAIN, the Republicans actually know how to read and understand the Constitution. They know that it was written to LIMIT government whereas the Democrats want to use it to rule over We the People. They are c*******ts and want total power. That is why they are pushing for a civil war so they can have their "Bolshevik revolution". If they manage to start the war, it won't go the way they think it will, I believe.
