Let them go, there are federal backups, it's a good job, and there will be others that have no problem with being v******ted.
The harsh reality is that v*****e mandate compliance is way too high for companies to trip out over people quitting. They can make their little stands but they are replaceable

Did you catch the little group of maternity ward nurses that staged their little walkout? They have been replaced, the hospital said goodbye...drama lasted about a day or two

They can be replaced with seriously less qualified but it's a dangerous game.
Flying is a damn serious business and is no place for quality reduction.
