So you are saying that we should eliminate CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC and CBS? False stories started in the NY TIMES based on leaked, unverified information that they "ran with for headlines"? Each source repeating the same "malicious fraud on gullible people"? These "lies and rhetoric" ARE FREE SPEECH. Intelligent and logical people know the difference between yellow journalism and real news reporting. We should be able to choose where we get our information from.

Yes you are right but the problem "Intelligent and logical people know the difference between yellow journalism and real news reporting." Even these people may not put forth the effort to to see if what is being printed is correct as long as it follows what they believe or choose to.

I found an interesting article about censorship which I thought is pertinent; considering our government's efforts to order Big Tech to label (or hide) any "misinformation" regarding the C***d v*****es, alternative therapies, side affects, etc.

Have to disagree that it is only the government tring to control what infomation is being sent around. The sites maybe using the limited or the one sided view of what is being considered true. But you also have to take into account that the sites are also being ran by humans who also have their own view. The use of algorithm can be controled to a certain extent , since they are written by humans. Example awhile back my wife was going to start a business and she had some intresting names and they were very unique not that they could not have been thought of but 6 out 6 rejected it is questionable. It could be said that the person was rejecting them because they weren't liked.
