No. I meant, how exactly does logic inform the legal charge of Treason, given that the USA are not in a declared war with the Chinese? The REASON, perhaps, that no actionable charges could be filed under that category? Perhaps treasonous would be a better descriptor, and would explain a lack of prosecutorial response. Admittedly, a "?" might have been better than a ".".
