Do you get the feeling that the Republican Party is just as "bought and paid for" as the Democratic Party?

Sure, they can pontificate and make speeches, but where are they when the rubber meets the road? Example:

Reuters reported Monday that “A counterterrorism organization formed by some of the biggest U.S. tech companies including Facebook (FB.O) and Microsoft (MSFT.O) is significantly expanding the types of extremist content shared between firms in a key database, aiming to crack down on material from w***e s*********ts and far-right m*****as.”

Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Microsoft and others will actively share information under the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism (GIFCT), a body previously reserved for targeting Taliban and Al Qaeda content.

As is always the case, there is no definition of what “extremist content” is, or what “w***e s*********ts” or the “far right” are, but you can rest assured that past experiences have proven that these terms will encompass anything to do with being white, Christian, not a Marxist, and having an opinion that doesn’t jive with l*****ts in Silicon Valley.

Republicans have done nothing to prevent this from coming.They’re bought off by big tech.

The democrats are owned by the rich as well. Think about what you read in the media. The left used to not trust government and they’ve done a complete about face and are poisoning this democracy more subtly.

I'll agree most all politicians are bought off, the big difference is the people buying the right are against democracy and for the rich oligarchs . the left is bought by people who want a better way of life in this country for ALL it's citizens.
