The walls are closing in on the lies spread by Trump and his minions.

Rudy Giuliani, the former personal attorney for former President Donald Trump, was suspended Thursday from practicing law in New York.

Giuliani, who was also a New York City mayor and U.S. attorney, had propagated baseless claims of widespread v***r f***d and tried to persuade state legislators to override the will of the v**ers during the 2020 p**********l e******n

A New York appellate court found that “there is uncontroverted evidence that respondent communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump’s failed effort at ree******n in 2020.”

“These false statements were made to improperly bolster respondent’s narrative that due to widespread v***r f***d, victory in the 2020 United States p**********l e******n was s****n from his client,” the decision said. “We conclude that respondent’s conduct immediately threatens the public interest and warrants interim suspension from the practice of law, pending further proceedings before the Attorney Grievance Committee.”

The decision comes after an investigation into complaints of professional misconduct against Giuliani, the court said. Attorneys who practice law in New York must abide by the state’s Rules of Conduct, which govern the appropriate conduct of lawyers.

It cites an instance in which Giuliani repeatedly stated that there were more Pennsylvania absentee b****ts that came in during the e******n than were sent out, which was not true. “The true facts are that 3.08 million absentee b****ts were mailed out before the general e******n, which more than accounted for the over 2.5 million mail-in b****ts that were actually tallied,” the decision said.

Giuliani also claimed to have “hundreds of witnesses, experts, and investigative reports,” that proved there was fraud, “none of which have been provided or identified,” the court said.

Giuliani was among a number of vehement supporters of Trump who falsely claimed that widespread fraud occurred during the e******n. Giuliani, with Trump’s campaign counsel Jenna Ellis, even went as far as to float the idea to Pennsylvania lawmakers that they could decide to give the state’s 20 E*******l College v**es to Trump, even though the state had already certified Biden as the winner.

Trump’s campaign waged a lengthy court battle to try to steer the e******n in his favor, with virtually no success. Even GOP-appointed judges admonished the effort. Now, Trump's most vocal allies, including Giuliani, are facing legal consequences over the botched legal campaign. D******n V****g Systems, the v****g machine company that Trump allies baselessly accused of rigging the e******n, sued Giuliani; the CEO of MyPillow, Mike Lindell, a vocal Trump supporter; and former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell for defamation in January, ABC News reported Thursday. That litigation continues.

“The seriousness of [Giuliani’s] uncontroverted misconduct cannot be overstated,” the court said. Giuliani is suspended from practicing law in any form, effective today, until his disciplinary case has been concluded, the decision said. Giuliani has 20 days to submit a request for a post-suspension hearing.

The words Patriot and Republican these days are a contradiction of terms. This country is changing to include many who have been excluded for years, the phrase "all men are created equal" is in the Declaration of Independence and the Bible and Republicans can't stand it.

What a twisted little upside down world to live in.
Were they Patriots 1*6 - threatening the lives of congress members on a mission to thwart the certification of valid legal v**es. It’s called S******n. It is not patriotic it’s t*****rous. It’s against the law. No matter who you are.
Another one of trump sidekicks going down, probably to jail. Or he may start singing like a little yellow haired boy.

Something tells me this is just the start for some of the s*******s trump chumps. Another court will have a hard time not hearing D******n's case after this ruling. Kinda sad, Rudy was a pretty well thought of man before trump now he's just a clown spouting lies to forward his position in life.

Since none of it has ever been tried and adjudicated, how can anyone know the things he said were false? And since when are we getting people suspended for "saying" something rather than "doing" something?

Since forever, Lawyers have never been allowed to lie in court without risk of being disbarred. He said he had evidence of everything he lied about and provided none in court. Just like he said he had a suit case of evidence against Bo Biden which he presented none.

And NOW you want proof, you trump chumps just can't make up your mind.
