There is no language in the US Constitution that calls for "reinstating a president" after a landslide defeat at the polls. It is simply Trump talk directed at his dwindling bunch of gullible supporters to keep sending money to a lost cause.

Only the demented, uneducated, narrow-minded, ill-informed, brainwashed think Biden is doing even an acceptable job. With higher taxes, gas prices, groceries, inflation, border crisis just for starters, one would have to be brain dead to think Biden is doing an OK job, but there are some who "just don't get it".
