They can't just come up with their own special way of doing counts and expect that data to mean anything.
Already it has been noted that b****ts they have a problem with they are putting back into the group to where it cannot be verified. A problem b****t should be set aside so that the problem can be noted and looked at by others, as has already been done group by group.
Audits are about being able to prove everything seen. Rejected b****ts they find need to be cross checked against existing counts, and added and subtracted from totals as appropriate. If they haven't done that by the book their findings, wh**ever they are mean exactly as much as all of the trump court challenges where no proof was ever offered.
