One t shirt from one juror from nearly a year ago. No. However the jurors should have been questioned privately by the judge to determine if all the negative publicity and rhetoric had an effect on their decision making or frame of mind. Personally I don't see how it couldn't have. They all had to return to the neighborhoods that were the scenes of the demonstrations and would naturally have a fear of reprisals. That should be enough to throw out the ruling and retry. Politicization of the whole race and police issue may have tainted and divided the jury pool where no fair trial is even possible. Especially in MN.

The defense had the opportunity to depose the jurors, as long as he answered their questions honestly it has no effect whatsoever.

The juror already stated publicly that he did not answer honestly.
